Rented a unit to store winter stuff. Bianca was extremely helpful in choosing the right size and explaining the benefits of different types of storage options. I ended up with a cylinder lock unit because of the added security. 6 stars!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Rented a small 10x10 unit. While we were on a family trip was notified that some units had water damage. Got home and went inspected the unit to find most of our items had water damage. Was told the water was from a contractor who had done a terrible job redoing the roof. Filed a claim like they told us to do. The adjustor reached out to them for an explanation of the water and storage star would not provide him any information. Fast simple and easy process
Best people ever.. they take care of you and your belongings and work with you if you can't pay right away on your bill they communicate with you not just leave you hanging.. the best storage place ever..
I want to be fair to the Storage Star employees, because parts of this experience genuinely deserve it. The two ladies at the front desk were excellent, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with every time. If this review were only about them, it would be five stars without hesitation. They are not the problem. If it weren't for them, I'd do my best to give this place zero stars.
