Colin and Crystal were absolutely lovely. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get my storage unit setup in a timely and efficient manner. I could not recommend this company and this location more to anyone in Laramie. 10/10 :)
I’ve been at the same facility for over 10 years. The constant rate increases & now passing along the 3% service fee to customers who pay via card is ridiculous! Shame on you Storage Star. You have 120 facilities across 21 states. You could eat that fee and write it off as a tax deduction at the end of the year.
