Monique had wonderful customer service, got us a unit quickly upon walk-in.
Melissa & Monique are the two women working in the front desk, they are wonderful, super nice, patient, and helpful. This was my first time renting my own storage unit and they really made the experience better than I imagined. Monique showed me around the storage units before I rented anything, she opened the doors to show me the sizes of the units and told me everything I needed to know about them. Nice clean place. Staff was very helpful. Only used it for a few days, but was there three times and everything was really clean and nice. Temperature controlled.
Melissa is AMAZING to work with. I was in a major pinch as the storage facility I had reserved could not fit my furniture in the elevator. My movers showed up, and I had nowhere to go. They recommended Storage Star. I had hours to find new facility that could accompany a full house move. Melissa got us into a fantastic 10x30 on the first floor. We were all moved within four hours after I called her. I cannot recommend Storage Star enough. Ask for Melissa! She is kind, friendly, helpful, honest, and efficient!
