I recently had a very helpful, positive experience with Amber and Storage Star. I was trying to help out a future tenant that needed to be out of his place before the room I planned to have for rent was available. We came to an agreement that I would help him cover the cost of a storage unit for the difference of time. I had a very pleasant experience setting up my storage over the phone and was told that I would need to visit the office in person before getting access to my unit for the first time. The website says that the office is open 9:30am-6pm Monday-Friday, but when I arrived at 4:30 pm on Monday, there is a sign on the door saying that the office is closed Mondays, which is not mentioned anywhere online. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional!
Just filled at unit at Storage Star. Amber, the manager, was fantastic and very helpful. The place is new, very clean, and easy to move around in. Great move in deal and great location. Highly recommend!
