Ive been on autopay and my bill has went from 130 to now over 200 dollars a month. Nothing like loyalty here. I can't wait for the next surprise.
I have been very happy with our 10 x 15 storage unit. The front office has been very helpful and signing up online with auto pay could not have been easier. They have made it very easy from the beginning. The unit itself was very clean when we first opened it. The whole experience with Storage Star has been a positive one and I would recommend them without reservation!
When I moved in and I noticed cobwebs all over on rollup garage door and dust on the walls. I asked the manager about it, and he's ignored my text or email. I had to clean it up myself. I pay $75 00 for deposit. When I asked manager about senior discount and he looked up in his old computer and said there is none. When I applied, I asked about it before I moved in, they told me yes. Disappointed with manager.
