August 2023 - our CONFIRMED delivery was delayed by three!!! days without a phone call, an email, explanation or an apology. The staff on the phone are rude, put you on hold and hang up. The supervisor/manager (Brielle?) is never available. The business model of Storage Squad is built on taking advantage of young inexperienced students, overpromising and underdelivering.
