Good facility overall. Clean and easily accessible. This is where they get their 4 stars. Changing ownership has been frustrating. Their office is always closed and the online account will forget you're in their system. Would recommend assessing your needs and pricing before finalizing with this location. Will probably be a better experience for newcomers, but not for folks who have been with them long term.

Rockell was very helpful and she’s a vet too. Will probably use the storage if I’m there again.

I had been looking around for a different storage unit as I was running into issues with the current one I was using. I was met with a pleasant experience, clean environment, and friendly staff. The staff member Britani especially had went above and beyond to explain the storage unit differences and help me find one that would accommodate my needs and price range.

They are polite and respond fast. I was helped with my code from beginning to end until it was fix. Great Job.

Had my lock was removed and I was not contacted by the office that my lock had been removed. It was 2 weeks since I had been there. My rent was paid a month and a half in advance. I went into the office to find out why my lock had been removed and I was told the manager would get back to me and then no one ever did. I was thankful my stuff was still there and just wanted to be reimbursed for a new lock. Then I got an email saying they tried to reach me and no one had.
