No one ever answers the phone. Been calling for days to rent a unit, there is not even a voicemail setup. Very frustrating.
The owner DOES NOT return phone calls and made it almost impossible to get our refund back. The property is gated however the gate is always broken and is tied open. When I first rented from him I was concerned about the height difference from the driveway to our unit. He insisted that he would raise the driveway and that it would be easy because he had ties to Scott Construction. Been 6 months and I have not received a deposit despite them being notified a month in advance. Ben does not return calls at all.
