I do not know what storage you went too but I have been renting here for two months and the place and management is great
We are new to the boerne area when we return our u-Haul the place and the managment was very helpful and kind we rented a unit at a very good rate and they even help unload our truck i give this place a five star rating
This is a very bad storage property! I caught the ower smoking pot in his so called man cave and drinking one day. The owner also when he rents storage units will give you a free lock whick ALWAYS comes with 3 keys and he keeps one key for himself without the customers permission on file so he can go into their units when ever he wants. I have seen him do this. He also will run your credit card without your permission!!! Dont go here if you value your belonging and your money!
