I've rented uhauls and storage unit for 20 years this is by far the most clean,helpfull and friendly location I've ever been too

We are new to the boerne area when we return our u-Haul the place and the managment was very helpful and kind we rented a unit at a very good rate and they even help unload our truck i give this place a five star rating

This is a very bad storage property! I caught the ower smoking pot in his so called man cave and drinking one day. The owner also when he rents storage units will give you a free lock whick ALWAYS comes with 3 keys and he keeps one key for himself without the customers permission on file so he can go into their units when ever he wants. I have seen him do this. He also will run your credit card without your permission!!! Dont go here if you value your belonging and your money! Do not use this storage property. I went there to rent and the ower Phillip Buford was very rude to me and said I could go somewhere else if I wanted for he was the owner and didnt need my business. WOW Boerne is a SMALL town and word of mouth is strong! He does not know how to talk to his customer or run a business! Mark & Debbie
