The manager was very rude, and we had a horrible experience with U-Haul overall. This was our first and definitely our last time ever using U-Haul. They tried to charge us an extra $290. We did return the truck with less fuel than when we picked it up, and we expected to pay a fuel fee—we knew that. We just didn’t have time to stop for gas because it was very late by the time we returned it.
