I thought I was going to quickly need a unit to store my things between houses. I didn’t have to after all but Melissa was so kind and ready to make it all happen for me.
I had a great experience with the manager, Melissa. I called with a few questions and she was able to answer my questions and even go into depth with Storage Sense policies.
Ive rented storage units all over town in the past. Easiest company to deal with by far! Thank you for such amazing customer service!
Melissa is thr most amazing person. I dont recommend their call center, go in and talk to Melissa especially the limestone location. She is professional and caring. You just dont find people like her anymore!
