I have had a good experience with my unit at Storage sense. Manager Melissa is informative and friendly.
NO STARS!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! Please read and consider this to be a 100% TRUTHFUL WARNING....STORAGE SENSE engages in ILLEGAL CONDUCT. I was personally victimized by their tactics which included: RAISING MY RATE WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME, PREVENTING PERSONS FROM MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS, thereby causing late fees, INTIMIDATING FEMALE CUSTOMERS with verbal abuse, THEN PUTTING LOCKS ON STORAGE UNITS and DENYING CUSTOMERS ACCESS TO THEIR BELONGINGS!!!
