I normally don't rant on businesses but today really angered me...Be wary of using Storage Solutions...We called to tell them we moved out of our unit over the weekend and they refused to refund our payment that they drafted even though we are not using the unit for the month the would not refund our $260. They drafted the money Unethical and not good business practice ... If a service is not being rendered payment should be refunded. Even in rental homes you get your deposit and upfront money back.
