Love this place. I have a few friends who rented or currently rent a unit here also and they all have always had only good things to say. Friendly staff, work with you reasonably if you missed or late payments
The manager, I believe her name is Lavette, is an extremely unprofessional woman. She is incredibly dismissive and rude with customers. She is fully lacking in all customer service skills and very abrupt with her lacking customer service. She would be much better in a role that has 0 public interactions. I feel like it is only a matter of time before Lavette stars in her very own Karen video. Will be looking for other long term storage solutions... not with this company.
