I didn't like it when they took the people (Jeff - I'm talking about you!) out of the facility and replaced him with a key pad to get in. As a woman it was too creepy to go into the facility by myself, so I always needed to take someone. I also accidentally pre-paid my last month, not realizing the dates, and asked if they could do anything about it. I never heard back. The price kept going up but I suppose that's to be expected. Horrible the new management is relentless. My storage went from $70-$130 in one month. They lure you in with cheap prices. The new Manager hides in his office and as of no help at all. He’s only there a couple days a week which is two days too many.. Save your money and go somewhere else. Public Storage is much better.

Very professional and personable experience. This is actually my second time renting a unit at this facility and the first time I was renting for over five years. I love the professionalism, appreciate the great customer service and flawless experience.
