I needed storage and called this location for availability, even from the first call Liz at Storage Sense in Southington was super friendly...she listened to all my storage needs and was very accommodating. The location is clean, quiet and accessible. The move in process (paperwork ) was very fast and I was able to get in my units very quickly and they definitely have the best rates I have found anywhere.

John your site manager turned into a head shaven, demonic Saten-like person. He was scary and I did whatever I could to avoid him. And, on one occasion, he had the nerve to call ME a BULLY! Unbelievable, worst Storage Facility that I have ever rented over a several year period of time. Obviously, I would not / could not / should not recommend such a large, greedy, poorly run company!
