Liz, the manager of the Southington location is super awesome. She was so helpful with all my questions. I couldn’t have been happier. She assisted every step of the way until my move-in was complete. I hope the rate increases are more bearable than my last place because I hope I can keep my car here for a good long time. Thank you again Liz you’re the bomb!!

I do not go out of my way to rate anything! Unless the experience is incredibly and predictably handled. Rarely when you get treated like Liz treated me, its from an owner. "The customer is always right" . In my case, Liz, was a 2 steps ahead of me. Its a brief story. Ask and i would love to tell you how . Her comprehension of my situation was instant.
