Property wide open 24/7 no security at all
Got robbed within 48 hours of renting, they cut the door not the lock that I provided. No security cameras, manager (at the time, no longer at this facility) was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. So glad I’m done with this location and company. However, one star added back for the current manager, who in my one brief interaction with her was phenomenal and compassionate.
John is the best he’s so helpful and always cheerful
John and his assistant were very helpful and friendly.
