Liz was a life saver very professional and knew just what to say and helped me with all my storage needs thank you for being friendly and professional
Liz D. was absolutely outstanding in resolving a matter that another associate was very reluctant to help because of her condescending attitude and incompetence. The other associate had a non complex matter for three (3) months and just was unable to handle said task. I needed storage and called this location for availability, even from the first call Liz at Storage Sense in Southington was super friendly...she listened to all my storage needs and was very accommodating. The location is clean, quiet and accessible. The move in process (paperwork ) was very fast and I was able to get in my units very quickly and they definitely have the best rates I have found anywhere.
