Angel is truly amazing ! There isn't a question she is not willing to answer at ANY TIME OF DAY! She cares about the customers, their experience, and solving any issues at hand, (even if its your own doings, like forgetting your email lol). Customer service is a make it or break it for alot of companies but, this company has nothing to worry about aslong as she's in management. If I had a say so id definitely add money into her pockets, just saying 🤭
Angel is dedicated to her tenants, I called her on today not knowing the store was closed but she made sure that I was taken care of. This is the type of customer service I look for, above and beyond
Angel fantastic—helpful, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. They make the whole rental process completely stress-free. Climate control works exactly as promised, and the security features—gated entry, surveillance cameras, and bright lights —gives complete peace of mind.
Visited this site today, 8/8/25, and Angel was fantastic and super helpful! She helped me select a unit that fit my needs and offered a great deal! Thank you, Angel, for all your help and kindness!
