The Best experience I’ve had with Storage and Customer Service in general. Melanie was very professional, she was consistent with replying in a reasonable amount of time (within 5 min) I appreciate her business, I would definitely recommend this Storage Company, if I need storage in the future i would definitely come right back to them. Quite expensive for a storage space. I like e out of state ,and don't pay near as much here as I do for this

Arlene was such a joy to speak with, I was immediately drawn to her great energy and joyful laughter. I can tell she takes pride in her position! Please don’t change Ms. Arlene!! You are absolutely wonderful dear!!

The personnel are very friendly but, do not know how big or what a semi, 18 wheeler or professional truck is. I asked several times if the moving truck which is a semi can get to my unit. The reply was a very positive yes. Nope the driver had to hire extra help with a pickup truck plus my family had to use there pick up to move my items from the moving truck to my storage unit. I'd suggest extra training is needed.
