Great employees. Decent facility. Definitely secure. Inside gates seem to have problems with staying in one piece. As long as the outside gate works I guess. Employees are still the best.

I've had multiple bad experiences with this location. Most recently, I received a notification that my payment was late. I've been on autopay with them ever since Storage Sense took over the location. The debit/VISA card they have on file is my current card that is working fine with no issues, so the issue appears to be on their end, not mine. They still charged me late fees. I asked if they would removed them and I was told "they could not and they had to charge the late fees," stating it's my fault for not tracking my bank... read more
