When I first started dealing with this location, they had a manager that was not smart enough to do his job. There was no communication. He would lie and tell me things he was going to do and not do them since Chelsea has taken over. I have had no trouble, and we just emptied out our unit. It was a breeze to store my stuff at Storage Sense! From start to finish, everyone was so kind & easy to work with! I cleared my unit the day before my next payment was due & forgot to email them, in order to close our account & not be charged, I realized I hadn’t done that when they did in fact charge my account. I called & explained & the lady was SO NICE & reversed my payment immediately. It was really kind & definitely needed after a long week of moving! They made moving easy found a unit big enough unit that I could afford
Horrible place to rent from. Office is always closed and no one is ever available, even during posted hours. There have been multiple break ins to roughly 90 units, through the back fence. Storage Sense refuses to file a claim or take responsibility. Additionally, they have failed to mitigate further break ins and refuse to install cameras or any other type of security. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
I chose them because of the reviews. The location and the price. Checked all the boxes. Thank you Ken, you were easy to work with.
