I did my registration over the phone, immediately went to the storage center and my tag was on the bay however there was no lock in there, I went to the main office and got one fairly quickly. Phone convo was friendly and professional and the staff in the office was nice. However the door was locked due to the staff being in a meeting with corporate, but the staff opened the door and gave me a lock after a very short conversation.
Very professional, very helpful, and very secure. Highly recommend to anyone needing storage in the area.
