When I arrived the unit was full of leaves and spider webs. There is no office on the premises. If you try to reach someone, they never answer. Get ready to leave multiple messages, you may get a call back in a few days. I would not recommend, however their units are the least expensive for the area.
Terrible customer service and manager never calls people back.
So far so good they have motion lights cuz it was pretty dark at first so that was nice and I got a free lock which was a bonus I'm happy overall
