5 stars because this company makes the entire process from start to finish so easy and so fast, great communication from Darcy Mapes store manager her and staff are very pleasant.
Darcy helped me in swapping to a new unit and she helped in a very timely and efficient manner. I had no problems and havent so far. Overall a great experience!
