Checking in was pretty easy and smooth. I made it on line. Checking out was not as good as I was expecting. I went to a Prattville office to close the service and they couldn't help me and sent me to a Millbrook office 5 miles away. When I got there, the office was closed with a sign telling me to call a noneworking phone. number . Finally I called the main office and a nice lady helped me out.
To be clear, the website for payment is very tricky on purpose. I made sure to log in from my computer, took a screenshot that show me removing my credit card off the account and opted out of reoccurring payments. Again, magically my credit card was used again without my consent. Not sure if anyone else experienced this, however I will forward to BBB and attorney general office as well.
