I was with Storage Sense from before they took over ownership. They did improve a few things around the units but my unit did leak from the ground (my neighbor’s did as well… they had damage, my stuff was in totes so I was ok). Also the price was always increasing like every couple months when they took over. But always friendly customer service. Check out process was a breeze.
