When Jared ran this place before it being sold it was a good place to do business. Jennifer and Dion are nice people but not the corporate entities. I have rented 4 warehouses for several years and Jared never went up on my rent. The new company treats my rent like a variable interest rate loan. The rates posted look nice but wait until they start raising your rent as they said "what the market will bare".
