I just got off the phone with their corporate office after attempting to reach the local one. My rate increased, despite a previously signed contract and I was also somehow enrolled in autopay at the same time. I was told by the corporate office that they were not able to assist me and they saw notes in their system that I had enrolled in autopay. Big company bought out small business. Beware. All the good reviews are from before they were bought out! Extra fees, constant spam calls, and no grace period when it comes to being paid right on the 1st.
Not having 24 hour access for storage that costs this much is ridiculous
