Rented a storage unit from them for a year. Monthly price increased without any notification. After a year we pulled our belongings out of storage gave them a 5 business day.Notice that we were no longer interested in storing anything with them.And they still charged for the next month. After. Bringing this to their attention.They stayed in that they would send us a refund in the mail.And that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. I would not recommend this storage facility to any.One.
The first time waking in the office I was greeted with a smile . Customer service was great the man was very respectful polite and also made sure I got the online rate like was suppose to get even tho I walked in to finish my online reservation. Everytime I went in the office to make my payment I was always greeted with a smile and treated respectfully. If I was to ever need a storage unit again I will definitely go back .
The lady who helped us was so very helpful and kind! The actual storage building is very clean and also has climate control.
Paul Hawes on site manager is a true professional. He understands the customers needs and follows through. Very clean and secure operation. I feel comfortable with my personal belongings stored at Storage Sense.
