The 1800 customer services number is awesome. They are friendly, prompt and very helpful BUT the premise has broken down vehicles, boats on trailers with flat tires, and overall looks unkept. There’s a handful of people parked over the line crossing into other spaces. The price is higher than nicer places in the area. And if you ever need to speak to the on site manager, forget about it. I tried to text and had customer service send several messages, and nothing. We will stay until something else comes available.

The customer service is absolutely great! But the storage unit location is absolutely disgusting! Not maintenance properly! They add a fee for protection! But this location does not provide and lighting climate control for ur unit! But again makes you pay all that extra money for it! Unit was covered in spider webs dirt and debri on the floor when first moving in! Had to clean it myself! I just started renting at Storage Sense and it’s only been a few days but so far so good. The manager seems very helpful and willing to help if there are any issues which there has not been. Everything has been very easy to do as far as getting a unit and access is very secure and safe. Moved my stuff from Moove-In storage after they kept raising the rent and there’s absolutely no secure fencing around that facility.
