Awesome, quick and simple
Everything was very simple and easy to do online. I had one question about the actual unit number and I was able to get a hold of customer service a quickly and they answered all my questions. I would definitely rent from this company again in the future
Terrible customer service! Facility never follows up...'manager' is never available...price increases have been quarterly for the last 24 months (55% increase for a parking spot) Gate is often unsecured, and when inoperable remains unsecured for weeks at a time. Price is literally double if not triple of the surrounding facilities. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely UNSATISFACTORY! Do not do business here!
