We had a Tv in the storage unit fall and crack while we were adding stuff to the unit. The dumpsters were locked. I asked the manager if we could throw it away and he said I should not be storing trash. I explained I was not storing trash and again asked if they have a dumpster for customers. He said ‘that is managers discretion and I say no’ he was super rude. In fact did not even acknowledge me when I walked into the office. Don’t store stuff here unless you are into really rude people!

Renting a storage unit for 6 months was a good experience - well managed business, excellent daily availability, easy access, into and out of the unit...unit could have had better light, but over all I was happy with the decision to rent at Storage Sense

I called for some information at the Lake Nona facility and spoke with Jasmine. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Her customer service was excellent!

Facilities were great and very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The climate contolled units were fantastic!. Great location too! Would definitely use them again. I had zero issues. Move in and out process was smooth!
