The staff is very friendly, polite and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service, just like it used to be in the old days!
We took care of most everything online. I needed to change to a larger unit and called the phone number on a Sunday. The agent on the phone was very very helpful. She changed our unit within a couple of minutes.
