Horrible customer support, emails & calls go unanswered. They to continued to charge for insurance even after I provided proof of insurance from my homeowners policy. Beware of being overcharged and not being able to get in touch with management. After posting this review I was contacted and the issue was rectified.
Britney M, the manager, was so incredibly helpful. She answered all our questions and filled us in on things we didn’t know to ask! What a great representative of her company. We will recommend Storage Sense to everyone we know
I rented a unit the end of Summer 2025. I was supose to get a new heavy duty lock. Never got a call back after several atempts. I was back to the storage unit a handfull of times this month. The gate is wide open and one of the security cameras is broken. I was told someone would call in 24-48 hours. i sent an email to the correct address and it was blocked. Not happy
