Wonderful experience. The owner has such a pleasant personality. We actually looked forward to talking to her again. She was so familiar with the surrounding areas and the history behind them. (And I might add, she keeps the bathroom sparkling clean)
This place has over doubled in price over the time I've had them and at no extra benefit for the consumer. They send pointless letters blanket to the whole client list when there are issues, even if you haven't been in person in months. More than once I've been advised of issues with dumping. I've never once used their dumpsters. They have cameras and key codes associated with the people coming in and people in the office. How are they still inept? They kept the rental process smooth and easy. Have used two units in the last 6 years at this location and nothing but positive things to say about the location, staff, and units.
