I liked Storage Sense in Wake Forest as a whole. The units are clean and I always felt safe going there alone. I also like the fact that they provide nice big Dollie’s that we could use to carry our belongings in between the unit and my truck. The only thing I had a problem with was the lighting. It’s timed lighting and it’s motion activated. They either need to extend the timing of the lighting or increase the number of sensors. I had to walk to the end of the hallway from the middle to trigger the light after it went off.
Overall everything was good. There were a few things like the lighting in front of my units was out the entire time so seeing was a little challenging. Never had to use the key pad to get into the storage door stays opened. Customer Service was good. Very easy to pay my bill in person or online. I would definitely use your services again..
