They were awesome accommodating me with what I needed, and when I was able to down size to a smaller size they were able to give me one practically next door.
Had a unit for 4 years. Finally decided on a house and was ready to empty my unit. The lock was rusted closed so I had to pay an employee $50 to get it cut off. Then when we got it open every piece of furniture that was touching the ground was wet and destroyed. Asked the employee that was helping me and even though I paid extra for the insurance on my unit she told me there was nothing they could do.
