The maintenance staff here are top-notch. Management too.
their online system is flawed and has changed my payment a few times. this time it made a payment for the full year when my account was set up for every 2 months. the woman on the phone said my husband called and made the payment- not true at all. their system made the payment. then Drew called with attitude and passive aggressiveness and said if he was a tech guy he could fix it but he’s not. didn’t receive a receipt for the payment until I called to inquire why my card was charged over 2k.
Constant rent increases and high cost per sqft have driven me to find better options because I am a long term renter
