After finding a storage facility close to home I was excited to use this company. However, location is the only positive i've experienced. I was initially told all docs would be emailed and to just show up when I needed to move in. As someone who never used a storage facility before, I was unaware there would be locks on each unit. Tina and Yolanda always go above and beyond their customer service job. There very polite and nice. Drew the manager always has an answer to your questions Carlos he’s the best always wanting to help anyway he can and Jonny is right there with carlos
