Had a break-in in my storage unit filed the insurance claim did all the footwork asked of me filed my police report documented everything stolen that I could remember turned everything in was told to wait for the next step in an email waited a couple of weeks I finally got a response after calling and was told that it would take up to 45 days for the claim to be processed and handled and I would know by the 45-day mark that that was in early mid-February around Valentine's Day and it is now almost June it's been three and a ... read more

We wanted to put in a well-earned, good word for, Angela, the Property Mgr. of the SROA 2241 Brown Rd., Hephzibah, GA 30815 storage location. She has been very helpful during our unit rental of #505, and now with our upcoming moving out process. Given the physical rental site damages & issues caused by Hurricane Helena now being addressed, a careless driver crashing a gate and fencing and being short-staffed, on top of it all. This company is a giant rip off. They use structured rate increases to keep you there but rip you off. I will be leaving prior to June 1st as today I received another rate increase for my 10 x 10 unit. So I Started in Sept 2024 with the promo of something like half off the "Advertised Price" so I was charged $55.41 for Sept 2024 and I knew that it would raise to the regular price of $114.33 plus $14/mo insurance totaling $128.33 the following month. just want to say that I've been at that storage facility on Florida Mango Road in West Palm Beachfor over 30 years. The people who work there are not only honest and friendly, but polite and professional… Among them too gentleman one named Jared… The other one named Stefan. There's never been a time that they haven't treated me with respect and helped me with anything I needed… Even though they've changed ownership now, I will continue to use that storage unit. The facility itself is always clean, neat and well taken care of... read more
