Linda did a great job ensuring we had proper access after our original (very long) gate code did not work. She was super friendly and helpful!
I’ve used the storage/parking space at New Palestine, Indiana for my camper. The location is quiet and private. There’s a locked gate to enter/exit, and you can access the units 24/7. The cost is extremely reasonable especially in this economy! My banking account was compromised and Linda at the main office in Shelbyville was so understanding and waived my late fee. I highly recommend this agency.
