Not very accomidating
The property manager made renting the parking space at the new pal location easy and fast. The price is unbeatable and any time I need to contact the property manager, she's always been more than happy to help me out.
wish i could give 0 stars. the gate is broken all the time, stuck closed so you can’t get to your own stuff. property manager is unreachable and doesn’t care. customer service is horrendous all they say is “we’re sorry we’ll let the property manager know”. the final straw for us was when the gate was stuck closed for 5 days straight!
Nancy has been awesome assisting me with all of my concerns and helping me move forward with their assistance! I would recommend her and their services to anyone in the New Palestine area
