The staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always super clean.
The people there are awesome nobody bothers you nobody bugs you I'm there a lot because I use my storage in and out good people good atmosphere do you need to get into storage you recommend put my name is recommendation will both get a deal
I very much appreciate how Jayme has went above and beyond for me ,I had several hardships and she has worked with me when nobody else was willing to. She made me feel comfortable to communicate with her and she showed understanding, she has been my Angel when I could have lost everything I had left.
UPDATE -- Extremely good customer service!! I had some concerns and they reached out to me and helped resolve the situation in a very timely manner. I'm impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the person who contacted me. I can't stress this enough, they care about keeping their customers happy and I find that's rare these days. Bravo SROA!
