Kim was very pleasant to work with and patient while I filled out the contract online, she was able to walk me through every step to ensure it was done correctly. She provided every detail with the gate Code etc. Kim made the process very seamless!
Lure you in with a low rate the slap you with constant increases, and then blame “corporate” and “market pricing” . DO NOT GO HERE. My 59$ unit is now almost 100$. “Late fees” are also scalping and ridiculous.

I've been renting a storage unit in this location for years, starting when it was still Garage MaHaul. After SRA took over they've been raising my rent almost every year. The website price says $113 per month for my sized unit, but I am now paying $235 a month (not including tax) and it's going up again in July of 2026. So basically, they penalize you for being a loyal customer. This is a shame, because everything else is fine.
