We live in the vicinity of this facility......we are downsizing and looking to temporary storage.......but the security gate has been open for the past 3 weeks. Soooooo much for being secure........we will take our money elsewhere.
Red Dot Storage seemed so convenient. We had two storage units. One had items stolen from it and even though we bought the insurance, they refused to pay us. We filed a police report. We asked RDS to pull up the camera footage that was 10 feet away from our unit. They refused and said that we would need a police warrant. We received the warrant a month later and when the police asked for the camera footage, RDS said that the camera was broken.
