Very well maintained facility. I accidentally put my belongings in the wrong unit and it got locked out by staff. I called them the same day and Brian drove all the way from Zanesville to take the lock out off so I could put my things in the correct unit. 5/5 stars.
I have always been satisfied,however there have been a couple times that I have swore that someone has been 8n my unit,things were m9ved around etc,I dont know how thats possible as I have 2 l9cls on there because I have sentimental things in there! And Noone has any keys but me!
The grounds are clean and the units are easy to access. After my first nasty, cold winter with everything in storage, I can honestly say my stuff held up perfectly fine. I definitely recommend!!!
Awesome service, much better company to deal with than the previous company. Danielle and Derrick are great to deal with and very accommodating. Reasonable prices, unit was clean and the property is well maintained. 10/10 recommend
