August 2025 update: BUYER BEWARE. They increased the rate again and it’s now $105 per month which is nearly double what we signed the contract for. This is also the 2nd increase in less than a year, this time with no justification provided. LOOK ELSEWHERE TO STORE YOUR THINGS. They bank on the fact that it’s extremely inconvenient to move all your items out of their facility and into another. Also, I was never contacted by the facility like their comment suggests. worst place to exist.. they raise their prices every week it seems like just to scam you on top of adding a “insurance” fee that covers absolutely nothing just another way to scam you out of your money it’s insane I payed 68 dollars last month and now I’m paying 200 for the bare minimum
