I would not recommend the Zion facility at this time. They have recently undergone some local management changes and are working on improving their customer support. SROA has many fine sites to choose from and I would consider leasing from them again. Take a ride out to the facility and meet the manager. Meeting them will give you an understanding on what kind of support you'll receive, if needed. What USED to be Red dot, a company who actually cares for their customers, is now Rip Off Storage Center of America. They are a HORRIBLE storage unit company! Whatever you do, DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE!!!!
I would not recommend any newly seeking storage to use this company. They're central answer personal are friendly and understanding but refer you to the local branch office. Unfortunately the local office has not been empowered to make things happen and have to contact there regional offices who never respond. Save yourself a headache and use some else.
