HONESTLY, NICOLE IS THE GURRRLLLLL!!! (she is the regional manager) SHE MADE SURE THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CORRECT AND ALSO CREDITED MY ACCOUNT (which she didn't have to).... AND MAY I ADD THIS, I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE STORAGE UNIT THAT I HAVE (I MEAN JUDGING BY SOME OF THE COMMENTS AND ALL) BECAUSE TRUST ME I WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING IF IT WAS SO.... PLEASE, IF YOU DON'T LIKE BED. BUGS DO NOT PUT YOUR FURNITURE IN HERE.!!!! I put my mom's furniture in this storage last month May 2026 I PROMISE YOU WHEN I OPEN UP HER STORAGE TO PUT SOME MORE STUFF IN THERE IT WAS BED BUGS COMING FROM THE CRACKS ON THE SIDE OF THE OTHER PEOPLE'S STORAGE!!! I would not recommend the Zion facility at this time. They have recently undergone some local management changes and are working on improving their customer support. SROA has many fine sites to choose from and I would consider leasing from them again. Take a ride out to the facility and meet the manager. Meeting them will give you an understanding on what kind of support you'll receive, if needed.
