Michael and his team go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel valued and supported. They’re always warm, professional, and understanding—something you just don’t see often these days. I chose this facility because the location is prime for me. However, there’s no office on the premises and registration requires going to their office in Oswego. Staff in Oswego were kind and friendly. However, I discovered there are hidden fees associated with the unit and the monthly price is much higher than advertised due to fees and required insurance coverage. Plus they required me to purchase a lock from them, without notifying me of the cost of the lock. Kind of frustrating. I would have preferred more transparency.

Nice property. This location met all of my needs for a storage location. This is an appointment only location and it took a little getting use to but the online system is easy to use and the office in Oswego returned my calls in a timely manner.
