I started using this storage facility about 2 years ago. I started off paying less than $180 a month for two 10 x 5's. Last month they charged me $490 for the same two 10 x 5's. They have given no extra value for these increases in cost. There is no staff at the facility, they do everything online. My units have had multiple instances where the lock has been missing from them. Weird. I am moving to the large, nice Stor a lot right down the road for $125 for a 10 x 30 unit with the 1st month half off. No brainer.

We moved into this storage facility just three days ago, and the experience has been awful from the start. On day one, our unit wasn’t even cleaned — it had trash inside, wasn’t swept, and there were active bee nests. Today, we came back to find piles of garbage left around the units, including dangerous items like a used syringe. The place is clearly not maintained, and it feels unsafe and unsanitary. By far the worst storage unit ever. My unit got broken into twice and they never helped me on the second time it got broken into even with police report. They have security cameras that they won’t give to police for evidence and the manager is super unprofessional and never available. I had a scheduled time and date for them to remove the lock they put on my storage unit and 5 days later it was still on. They took over a week to clear my unit after I moved out so I got charged another month and then the break ins are so bad ... read more
