⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After several calls to the call center, I contacted the Radcliff SROA property manager, Susan, and the difference was immediate. She listened and heard me and followed through, and called me back on a Saturday as promised. When your personal belongings are being stored it matters and Susan made my problem personal and corrected and updated my account personally, which mattered to me. I can’t recommend SROA highly enough.
