SROA is a mess. Initially they charged me for insurance I didn't want and explicitly checked a box declining it. Everything was going alright I guess for about 3 months before they suddenly increased my monthly fee. Emailed them several times for an explanation to no response. The unit itself has a flimsy roller door to protect your things and gaps for mice to easily crawl through. Bad experience, bad taste in my mouth, looking forward to moving my things out of here ASAP. It was ok, don't really like any storage unit that is outdoors and not climate controlled.
Its over all a decent place once u get over the fact the advertisement of how big the storage unit are and what they actually measure
Overall it’s easy and simple, clean great to access when reserved online. The only issue I had was on the internet their access hours to the gate are for the wrong time. Gate access closes at 9:00 pm. I learned the hard way
