Great Storage!
If i could give ZERO STARS, i would. This is THE WORST company i have ever dealt with IN MY LIFE. FIRST, i payed for my unit but was unable to use it for a month because they had no property manager to call for a gate code. Then when i finally got a gate code i used the lock they provided in th unit and it got stuck. They had no property manager so NO ONE COULD OPEN MY UNIT FOR TWO MORE MONTHS. I ended up having to pay a locksmith to cut THEIR LOCK off of THIEF UNIT that THEY PROVIDED just to be able to have access to my uni... read more

I have two storage units from here, one in Radcliff and one in E-Town. I’ve never had any issues. The new staff is great. The only people that seem to have issues are ones that don’t pay their bill or constantly having an issue twice I came in to pay my bill and I’ve seen tenant screaming at the person behind the counter for themselves being late.
If you want to call someone stupid and start talking about them, make sure you’ve hung up on the recorded line before you do so. July 30th between 2:37pm and 2:43pm.
