Kim and Moriya are ROCKSTARS the highlight of my monthly bill paying been a tenant since 2009 and these ladies are the best I’ve encountered 😄
I have a storage unit on Washington Ave. I had to go to the office on Teagarden Rd. Kim took great care of me. I expected it to be a problem but she made everything VERY easy. Go see Kim she's very personable.
Renter beware!! Just when you think you found a great deal for a storage unit and you go into the office to pay for it, you're hit with a $30 administrative fee! Then they LIE to your face and tell you that you MUST buy their TPI insurance!! I found in the lease agreement that it is not required and it is optional, so apparently they're getting bonuses on top of their $30 administrative!! I'm renting two storage units that were supposed to be $33 each per month, but somehow I am paying $66 for each unit so I'm paying $132 pe... read more
