*Edit to 3 stars* One day after the edit below of this review, received phone call, and was told my rate will be reduced back to the amount given after the 1st price increase if I increase a few stars in my google review. I was given word that I will likely receive an increase notice again in 3 months, and have to complain again to revert back. Not the games I am looking to play; and just because the internet, phone, etc. companies play this game, it does not make it the right business practice. This is still a "bait and swi... read more
