I would not use this location because of the Benton Harbor area being sketchy, unsafe, and this is no fault on the company. I had some things like a keurig, laundry basket, air fryer, rice cooker, to name a few, that were stolen. It had a lock on the unit and someone broke the lock and broke into my unit. Stay away from the Benton Harbor Michigan area if you are looking for storage unit rentals, even if they are climate controlled.
The place was very nice clean, spacious no bugs, and easy getting in and out
It’s very clean. And Quiet and a good price for all the things that I have. Which is a whole house.
I was so happy to reach Christy for my storage needs. She’s informative and was able to explain the benefits of using damp rid since I was going to be storing sentimental pictures. I appreciate her taking time with me and explaining how things work, including sharing her own experience of why autopay was important.
